Intermediate versus standard dose enoxaparin to prevent venous thromboembolism in severe trauma patients: a multicenter double blind randomised controlled trial (HEPTRAUMA)

This study looks at different doses of a blood-thinning medicine (Lovenox) in people with severe injuries. The aim is to find the best dose to prevent dangerous blood clots like DVT (deep vein thrombosis) and PE (pulmonary embolism) without causing too much bleeding.
