Weight Loss in People Living With Overweight or Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes Following Treatment With Cagrilintide

This study looks at a new medicine called cagrilintide for people with overweight or obesity and type 2 diabetes. It aims to see how well cagrilintide helps people lose weight. Participants will receive either the new medicine or a dummy medicine.
