A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Phase 2 Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of MBS2320 in Patients With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)

This study is testing a new medicine, MBS2320, for a lung condition called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). We want to see if it helps improve breathing and if it's safe to use. Some people will get the medicine, and some will get a dummy pill, to compare the results.
