A Study to Test Whether Vicadrostat in Combination With Empagliflozin Helps People With Chronic Kidney Disease
This study looks at a new medicine, vicadrostat, combined with empagliflozin, for adults with chronic kidney disease. Participants will take pills daily for 3 months, with regular checks on their kidney health and general well-being. It aims to see if starting medicines at different times impacts results.

EASi-PROTKT™ - A Study to Test Vicadrostat (BI 690517) Taken Together With Empagliflozin in People With Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Cardiovascular Disease
This study looks at a new medicine, vicadrostat, for people with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. It aims to see if taking vicadrostat alongside empagliflozin can help reduce heart problems. Half the participants will get the study medicine, and half will get a dummy pill.
