Multiple Dose Study for a New Medication to Potentially Treat Liver Diseases

This study looks at a new medicine for liver conditions, including fatty liver disease. It checks if the medicine, given as an injection, is safe and how the body handles it. Participants will either get the new medicine or a dummy treatment over 3 months.
