CLEOPATTRA: A Research Study to Look at the Effects of Treatment With a Medicine Called Coramitug (NNC6019-0001) in People With Heart Failure Due to Transthyretin Amyloid (ATTR) Amyloidosis
This study looks at a new medicine called Coramitug for heart failure caused by a condition called ATTR amyloidosis. It aims to see if Coramitug can reduce serious heart problems. People will either get the medicine or a dummy treatment, alongside their usual care.

Efficacy and safety of NNC6019-0001 at two dose levels in participants with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR CM).
This study is looking at a new medicine called coramitug for people with a heart condition called transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR CM). Researchers want to see if it helps improve how far people can walk and other heart health markers over about a year.
