Rapid rEcognition of COrticosteroid Resistant or sentive Sepsis - RECORDS A Multicentre Concealed‐Allocation Multi-arms Blinded Randomized Controlled Trial to Identify the Best Sepsis Population for Corticotherapy
This study, called RECORDS, is looking for better ways to treat serious infections (sepsis) in intensive care. It's comparing different steroid medicines, like hydrocortisone and betamethasone, to see which works best for patients and helps them recover faster.
For: Patients admitted to the ICU proven or suspected infection as the main diagnosis.
