CUSHMAH - Benefit of steroidogenesis inhibitors in Mild Cushing syndrome (Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion): a randomized trial in patients with Primary Bilateral Macronodular Adrenocortical Hyperplasia

This study is looking at a new treatment for people with a mild form of Cushing's syndrome, caused by growths on their adrenal glands. It's testing if a medication called metyrapone can help improve blood pressure and diabetes compared to a dummy pill.
