A Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Efgartigimod PH20 SC in Adults With Systemic Sclerosis
This study is testing a new medicine, efgartigimod, for adults with systemic sclerosis. It aims to see if the medicine helps improve symptoms and if it's safe, compared to a dummy medicine. We're looking for people to join for about 15 months.

A Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of Efgartigimod PH20 SC PFS in Adult Participants With Graves' Disease
This study is testing a new injection called efgartigimod for adults with Graves' disease. Graves' disease causes an overactive thyroid gland. Researchers want to see if this medicine can safely lower harmful antibodies, improve thyroid hormone levels, and help manage the condition better than a dummy treatment (placebo).
