A Study to Assess the Effects of ACI-24.060 in Alzheimer's Disease and in Down Syndrome (ABATE Study)

This study is looking at a new treatment called ACI-24.060. It aims to see if it's safe and how it works in people with early Alzheimer's disease and adults with Down Syndrome who have signs of Alzheimer's. The goal is to understand if it can help prevent or slow down these conditions.
