I5T-MC-AACI: Assessment of Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of Donanemab in Early Symptomatic Alzheimer's Disease
This study, called I5T-MC-AACI, is looking at a new medicine called Donanemab for people in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. Researchers want to see if it's safe, how well people tolerate it, and if it helps with symptoms. It's a Phase II study, which means it's still in early testing.

J1I-MC-GZQD: A Phase 3 Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Retatrutide Once Weekly in Participants Who Have Obesity or Overweight and Chronic Low Back Pain (TRIUMPH-7)
This study is looking at a new medicine called Retatrutide for people who are overweight or have obesity and suffer from ongoing lower back pain. It compares the new medicine to a dummy treatment (placebo) to see if it helps with pain and weight over 72 weeks.
