A Phase 2/3 Study of Navtemadlin as Maintenance Therapy in Subjects with TP53WT Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer Who Responded to Chemotherapy

This study looks at a new drug, Navtemadlin, for women with advanced endometrial cancer. It's for those who responded well to previous chemotherapy. The aim is to see if Navtemadlin can help keep the cancer from coming back for longer.
