A Phase 3 Randomized, Double Blind Study of Pembrolizumab Plus Gemcitabine/Cisplatin versus Placebo Plus Gemcitabine/Cisplatin as First-Line Therapy in Participants with Advanced and/or Unresectable Biliary Tract Carcinoma
This study looks at a new drug, pembrolizumab (Keytruda), combined with standard chemotherapy for a type of cancer called biliary tract cancer. It aims to see if this combination helps people live longer compared to chemotherapy alone. It's a large study, comparing the two treatments directly.

This study is looking at a new treatment for stomach cancer and cancer where the food pipe joins the stomach. It's comparing a drug called pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy against chemotherapy alone, to see if it helps patients live longer and stops the cancer from coming back.
