Placebo to pembrolizumab (normal saline/dextrose) clinical trials

A Randomized Phase 3, Double-Blind Study of Chemotherapy With or Without Pembrolizumab Followed by Maintenance With Olaparib or Placebo for the First-Line Treatment of BRCA non-mutated Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (EOC) (KEYLYNK-001 / ENGOT-ov43 / GOG-3036)

This study is testing new treatments for a type of advanced ovarian cancer in women. It combines chemotherapy with a new drug called pembrolizumab, followed by another new drug, olaparib, to see if it can keep the cancer from growing for longer. It's for women whose cancer does not have a specific gene change called BRCA.
