Placebo to QUC398 150 mg/1 mL Solution for injection clinical trials

A randomized, two-arm, placebo-controlled, participant, investigator and sponsor-blinded, proof-of-concept study investigating the efficacy, safety and tolerability of QUC398 in patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis

This study is testing a new medicine, QUC398, for people with knee osteoarthritis. We want to see if it helps reduce pain and is safe to use. Patients will receive either QUC398 or a dummy treatment, along with standard pain relief.
