Placebo will be identical to Usnoflast capsules in terms of size clinical trials

A phase 2b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of Usnoflast administered to adult subjects with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)

This study is testing a new medicine, Usnoflast, for adults with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). It aims to see if the medicine can slow down the disease and if it's safe. Participants will receive either Usnoflast or a placebo (dummy medicine) for 36 weeks.
