Placebo with enzalutamide clinical trials

Talazoparib + Enzalutamide vs. Enzalutamide Monotherapy in mCRPC

This study looks at a new combination treatment, talazoparib and enzalutamide, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and become resistant to hormone therapy. We want to see if this combination works better than enzalutamide alone.
