A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Active Comparator-controlled Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of V116 in Pneumococcal Vaccine-naïve Adults 18 to 64 years of Age With Increased Risk for Pneumococcal Disease
This study is testing a new pneumonia vaccine called V116. It's for adults aged 18-64 who are at higher risk of getting pneumonia. We want to see how safe it is, if people can tolerate it well, and how good it is at fighting off the infection compared to existing vaccines.

A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Active Comparator-controlled Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of V116 in Pneumococcal Vaccine-naïve Adults 50 Years of Age or Older
This study is testing a new vaccine (V116) for pneumonia in adults aged 50 and over. We want to see how safe it is, how well people tolerate it, and if it helps their immune system fight off pneumonia germs compared to an existing vaccine.

This study is testing a new vaccine (V116) to see how well it works and if it's safe for children and teens who are more likely to get sick from certain bacteria called pneumococcus. It compares the new vaccine to existing ones.
