Safety and Efficacy of Ponatinib for Treatment of Pediatric Recurrent or Refractory Leukemias, Lymphomas or Solid Tumors
This study is looking at a medicine called ponatinib for children aged 1 to 17 with certain types of cancer, like leukemia and lymphoma. We want to see how safe it is and how well it works when other treatments haven't helped or aren't suitable.

A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 2 Trial of Ponatinib in Patients with Resistant Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia to Characterize the Efficacy and Safety of a Range of Doses
This study is looking at a medicine called Iclusig (also known as ponatinib) for people in the UK with a type of blood cancer called chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) that hasn't responded to previous treatments. It aims to find the best dose and understand how well it works and if it's safe.
