This study is testing a new medicine called ponsegromab for people with cancer who are also losing weight and muscle (cancer cachexia). It's looking at how well the medicine helps them gain weight and how safe it is over 12 weeks.

This study is testing a new medicine, ponsegromab, for people with heart failure. We want to see if it improves symptoms like breathlessness and tiredness, how well people can do daily activities, and their overall quality of life, compared to a dummy medicine.
