Thiamine against chronic rheumatoid arthritis fatigue
This study looks at whether a high dose of vitamin B1 (thiamine) can help reduce tiredness in people with rheumatoid arthritis. We want to see if fatigue levels change after four weeks of treatment.

The COlchicine HypERtENsion Trial
This study is looking at whether a medicine called Colchicine can help people with high blood pressure and heart problems. Researchers will check changes in how stiff people's arteries are after taking the medicine for six months, compared to a dummy pill.

Treatment of vascular stiffness in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
This study is looking at ways to improve blood vessel health in people with Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). It compares a high-salt diet to a potato starch placebo and tests a common medication called amiloride to see how it affects blood vessel stiffness.

SGL-TX-PTDM: SGLT2i effect on PTDM development and kidney allograft function in kidney transplant recipients: A randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, national multicenter trial
This study looks at how a drug called Forxiga affects new diabetes and kidney health in people who've had a kidney transplant. It compares Forxiga to a dummy pill to see if it makes a difference over 6 to 12 months.
