This study looks at new medicines to dissolve blood clots in the heart after a heart attack. It compares a new drug called dabigatran with a standard one, warfarin-like medicines, to see which works best and is safest for preventing further clots and strokes.

MidregiOnal proatrial natriuretic peptide to guide SEcondary Stroke prevention: The MOSES-study. An international, multicentre, randomised-controlled, two-arm, assessor-blinded trial.
This study, called MOSES, is looking at how best to prevent another stroke in people who have recently had one. It's testing if a specific blood test, together with different blood-thinning medicines, can help doctors choose the best treatment to stop future strokes.
