A Phase 2, Randomized, Open-Label, Study of Lorigerlimab with Docetaxel or Docetaxel Alone in Participants with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

This study is looking at a new drug called Lorigerlimab, given with or without standard chemotherapy (docetaxel), for men with prostate cancer that has spread and is resistant to hormone treatment. The main goal is to see if Lorigerlimab can help men live longer without their cancer getting worse.
