This study looks at a new way to treat sudden vision loss from a condition called giant cell arteritis (GCA). It compares standard treatment with a new drug, tocilizumab, to see if the new drug can help improve eyesight more effectively.

This study compares two ways of slowly reducing steroid medication for Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA), a condition causing inflammation of blood vessels. It looks at whether a faster or slower reduction helps patients stay well without their symptoms returning, known as remission.
