A Phase IIa, Open Label, Proof of Concept Study to Evaluate the Safety of Aqueous Afamelanotide Solution in Patients with acute Arterial Ischaemic Stroke (AIS) who are ineligible for Intravenous Thrombolysis (IVT) or Endovascular Thrombectomy (EVT)
This study is looking at a new treatment called PRENUMBRA for people who have had a certain type of stroke. It wants to check if the treatment is safe for patients who can't have other common stroke treatments. The main goal is to see if there are any side effects.
