Surgery With or Without Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in High Risk RetroPeritoneal Sarcoma

This study looks at whether adding chemotherapy before surgery helps people with certain types of retroperitoneal sarcoma live longer without their cancer coming back. It compares surgery alone to chemotherapy followed by surgery.
