Improving Radical Treatment Through MRI Evaluation of Pelvic Sigmoid Cancers

This study looks at using MRI scans for sigmoid colon cancer to see if it helps doctors plan better treatment. Half of patients get standard care (CT scan), and the other half get an additional MRI. We compare how plans change and follow up for improved care.
