This study is testing a new medicine, Olezarsen, for people with very high levels of a type of fat in their blood called triglycerides. We want to see if it helps lower these levels and prevent related health problems.

This study looks at a new medicine called Romiplostim for people with certain cancers who are having chemotherapy. It aims to see if Romiplostim can help prevent low platelet counts, which are tiny blood cells important for stopping bleeding, caused by chemotherapy.
