Pritelivir mesylate monohydrate clinical trials

A randomized, open-label, multi-center, comparative trial, to assess the efficacy and safety of pritelivir for the treatment of acyclovir-resistant mucocutaneous HSV infections in immunocompromised subjects (PRIOH-1)

This study looks at a new medicine called pritelivir for people with weakened immune systems who have cold sores or genital herpes that don’t get better with usual treatments. It wants to see if pritelivir works well and is safe.
