A multi-center interventional study to assess pharmacokinetics, effectiveness and tolerability of prolonged-release Tacrolimus after Paediatric Kidney Transplantation (Pro-Tac)
This study looks at a medicine called tacrolimus, given to children in the UK who have had a kidney transplant. It compares two versions of the medicine, Envarsus and Prograf, to see how well they work and if they have similar effects on the body.

Cognitive function after liver transplantation comparing Tacrolimus formulations
This study looks at how different types of a medicine called tacrolimus affect thinking and memory after a liver transplant. We want to see if one type is better for helping people with their attention and memory, checking how they feel and using simple tests.
