POSITRON - PsilOcybin with pSychologIcal supporT foR cOcaiNe: a randomised controlled pilot feasibility trial of psilocybin with psychological support for cocaine use disorder

This study is looking into whether a treatment combining psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) with talking therapy might help people with cocaine addiction. It's an early-stage study to see if it's practical to run a bigger trial in the future.
