PTG-CARCIK-CD19 clinical trials

Measurable residual disease driven strategy for one or two infusions of nonviral, transposon-manipulated CARCIK CD19 cells. A Phase II study in pediatric and adult patients with relapsed/refractory B cell precursor ALL (BCP-ALL).

This study looks at a new cell therapy called CARCIK-CD19 for adults with a type of blood cancer called B-cell ALL that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It aims to see how well the treatment works and how safe it is after one or two doses.
