This study looks at a new medicine called TCD601 (siplizumab) for people who have recently had a kidney transplant. It compares TCD601 to a standard treatment to see if it's safe and how well it helps prevent the body from rejecting the new kidney.

An open-label, prospective Phase III clinical study to compare polatuzumab vedotin plus rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin and etoposide (Pola-R-ICE) with rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin and etoposide (R-ICE) alone as salvage therapy in patients with primary refractory or relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
This study is for adults with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL that has come back or not responded to earlier treatment. It compares two treatments: a standard one (R-ICE) and a new one (Pola-R-ICE) to see which is better at stopping the cancer from growing.
