A Study to Evaluate Pumitamig Versus Durvalumab Following Concurrent Chemoradiation Therapy in Participants With Unresectable Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (ROSETTA Lung-201)
This study is looking at two different treatments, pumitamig and durvalumab, for people with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can't be removed by surgery. It's for patients who have already had chemotherapy and radiation.

This study looks at a new treatment called Pumitamig for advanced non-small cell lung cancer that hasn't been treated before. It compares Pumitamig to an existing treatment, Pembrolizumab, in people whose cancer cells have a high level of a specific marker called PD-L1.
