A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the effects of high concentration capsaicin patch (Qutenza) on neuropathic symptoms, nerve fibers, and microcirculation in painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy
This study looks at a patch for painful nerve damage caused by diabetes. It checks if using the patch, called Qutenza, helps reduce pain and improves nerve health compared to a dummy patch. We want to see how it affects tiny nerves and blood flow.

Phase II Randomized Controlled Study Aiming to Evaluate the Interest of Qutenza in Patients With ORL Cancer in Remission and With Sequellae Neuropathic Pain.
This study looks into whether a skin patch called Qutenza can help people who have had head and neck cancer and are left with nerve pain. It compares Qutenza with another medicine, Laroxyl, to see if either can reduce pain by a significant amount over nine months.
