A Study of Surovatamig (AZD0486) Plus Rituximab in Previously Untreated Follicular Lymphoma Patients
This study looks at a new drug, Surovatamig, combined with rituximab, for people with previously untreated follicular lymphoma. It compares this new combination therapy with standard treatments to see if it works better and is safe.

Acalabrutinib in Combination With R-CHOP for Previously Untreated Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
