This study looks at a new way to treat Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), a severe lung condition. We're testing a drug, Racecadotril, on healthy volunteers. It may help stop fluid leaking into the lungs, a major problem in ARDS, by boosting a natural substance called CNP.
