A Study of Radspherin® in Patients With Primary Advanced Epithelial Cancer, With Peritoneal Metastasis That Are Homologous Recombination Proficient Scheduled to Undergo Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Interval Debulking Surgery
This study is testing a new treatment called Radspherin for advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers. It aims to see how well it works and if it's safe when given with standard chemotherapy and surgery for people whose cancer is suitable for this combined approach.

A Phase 2, randomised, open label, multicentre study to evaluate efficacy and safety of an intraperitoneal α-emitting radionuclide therapy (Radspherin®) in patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis from colorectal carcinoma following cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC)
This study is testing a new treatment for bowel cancer that has spread to the tummy lining. It's for people who have already had surgery and chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if the new treatment, called Radspherin, can stop the cancer from growing back and if it's safe.
