A Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Open-Label, Active-Control Study of REGN9933, a Factor XI Monoclonal Antibody, for Prevention of Venous Thromboembolism after Elective, Unilateral, Total Knee Arthroplasty
This study is testing a new medicine called REGN9933 to see if it can prevent blood clots after knee replacement surgery. Blood clots can be serious, so finding good ways to prevent them is important. We're comparing REGN9933 to other common clot-preventing medicines.

A Master Protocol for a Phase 2 Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study of REGN9933 and REGN7508, Monoclonal Antibodies against Factor XI for Prevention of Venous Thromboembolism in Patients with a Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (ROXI-CATH).
This study is testing new medicines to help prevent blood clots in people who have a long-term drip called a PICC line. We want to see if these medicines are safe and if they can stop clots from forming. It's a key step in finding better ways to protect patients.
