Neoadjuvant nivolumab combination treatment in resectable non-small cell lung cancer patients: Defining optimal combinations and determinants of immunological response (NEOpredict-Lung)
This study looks at new drug combinations before surgery for early-stage lung cancer. We want to find the best ways to use these treatments to help patients prepare for surgery and to understand how they work with the body's immune system.

A Phase 1/2, Safety Confirmation, Placebo-controlled, Randomized Study of Nivolumab in Combination with Relatlimab and Bevacizumab in Treatment-naive Advanced/Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma (RELATIVITY-106)
This study is testing new combinations of medicines for advanced liver cancer. We want to see if these treatments are safe and how well they shrink cancer or stop it from growing. It will involve different groups of patients trying different treatment plans.

CONGRATS : COMBINATION OF NIVOLUMAB PLUS RELATLIMAB IN PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED OR METASTATIC SOFT-TISSUE SARCOMA: A PROOF-OF-CONCEPT RANDOMIZED PHASE II STUDY
This study is looking at two new drug combinations for adults with advanced soft-tissue sarcoma. It aims to see if a combination of nivolumab and relatlimab, or nivolumab alone, can help control the cancer for at least six months. The trial is in its early stages.
