A Prospective Multicenter Randomized Controlled, Open-label Study to Compare the Efficacy of Subcutaneous Infliximab Monotherapy with Subcutaneous Infliximab and Concomitant Immunosuppression in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Crohn’s Disease ( Direct-CD)
This study looks at treating Crohn's disease with a medicine called Remsima given by injection under the skin. It compares giving Remsima alone versus Remsima with another medicine. The goal is to see which approach works best to reduce symptoms and heal the gut.
