Proact: A Study of REACT in Subjects With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Chronic Kidney Disease

This study, called Proact, is investigating a new treatment called REACT (also known as rilparencel) for people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Researchers want to see if this treatment can help kidney function and if it is safe.
