The Perceived Point of Muscular Discomfort vs the Point of Failure in the Ageing Population- a Pilot Study

This study looks at how older people feel discomfort during exercise compared to when their muscles give out. We want to see if exercising until mild discomfort is enough to get the benefits of strength training, making it easier and more enjoyable for older adults.
