Respimat® Inhaler one cartridge of Placebo clinical trials

A prospective multicenter placebo-controlled trial to study the efficacy and safety of Tiotropium in preventing severe asthma exacerbations in partial and uncontrolled preschool asthma.

This study is looking at a new inhaler medicine called Tiotropium for young children with asthma that isn't fully controlled. We want to see if it can help prevent severe asthma attacks, like those needing hospital trips or strong steroid medicines, and if it's safe to use.
