This study is testing new combinations of medicines (Retifanlimab, INCAGN02385, and INCAGN02390) for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has a specific marker called PD-L1. It aims to see if these combinations can stop the cancer from growing for longer.
For: In participants with PD-L1–positive and systemic therapy–naive R/M SCCHN.
