Revumenib in Combination With Azacitidine + Venetoclax in Patients NPM1-mutated or KMT2A-rearranged AML
This study looks at a new drug, revumenib, combined with standard treatment for a type of blood cancer called AML. It's for patients whose AML has specific genetic changes (NPM1 or KMT2A) and who can't have strong chemotherapy.

Study of Revumenib in Combination With Intensive Chemotherapy in Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) With a NPM1 Mutation
This study looks at adding a new medicine, revumenib, to standard chemotherapy for people with a specific type of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) with a particular gene change (NPM1 mutation). It aims to see if this combination works better and is safe.

Revumenib Treatment in Combination with FLA Chemotherapy in Paediatric Refractory/Relapsed KMT2A-r, NUP98-r or NPM1-mut Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
This study is testing a new drug called Revumenib with standard chemotherapy for children and young people with a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML). It's for those whose cancer has returned after treatment or hasn't responded to initial therapy.
