A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Rezafungin for Injection Versus the Standard Antimicrobial Regimen to Prevent Invasive Fungal Diseases in Adults Undergoing Allogeneic Blood and Marrow Transplantation (The ReSPECT Study)
This study is testing a new medicine, Rezafungin, to see if it can prevent serious fungal infections in adults who have had a blood or bone marrow transplant. It's comparing Rezafungin to standard treatments to see which is safer and more effective.

This study is testing a new medicine, REZZAYO, for children with fungal infections. We want to see how the medicine acts in their bodies and check if it's safe. It's a very early study to learn more about this important treatment.
