Effect of an adjunctive intervention on the tolerability of semaglutide in overweight adults without diabetes: a prospective, randomised, double-blind, single-centre, placebo-controlled clinical trial (SEMTOL)

This study looks at how well people who are overweight tolerate a medicine called semaglutide. We want to see if adding another medicine helps reduce sickness (nausea) during the first few days of taking semaglutide for weight management.
