A Study to Test the Efficacy and Safety of Riliprubart Against the Usual Treatment of Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIg) in People With Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)
This study is testing a new medicine, riliprubart, against the usual treatment for Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP). It's for adults already receiving IVIg to see if riliprubart works safely and effectively to manage their condition.

An open-label, long-term, safety and tolerability study of SAR445088 in participants with cold agglutinin disease previously treated with SAR445088 or never treated with SAR445088
This study looks at a new medicine, riliprubart, for people with a rare blood condition called cold agglutinin disease. We want to see how safe it is and if people can take it for a long time. It helps us understand if the medicine has any side effects.

This study is testing a new medicine, riliprubart (also called SAR445088), for adults with a nerve condition called CIDP. Researchers want to see if it's safe and helps improve symptoms or stop them from coming back, especially in people who haven't responded well to usual treatments.
