A Phase III, Randomized, Open-Label Study of Pralsetinib versus Standard Of Care for First-Line Treatment of RET Fusion-Positive, Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is looking at a new drug called Pralsetinib for advanced lung cancer where a specific genetic change (RET fusion) is present. It compares Pralsetinib to standard treatments to see if it works better or has fewer side effects for people who haven't had treatment for this type of cancer before.
